The owners who have created and built a much-loved venue have decided to move on to their next business and career plan, and have put their lovely business on the market, which I am proud to represent.

It was created with love and passion for simple, but delicious and high quality Italian-based modern breakfast and daytime food and drinks. And being licenced, there is currently a Friday night offering of, pasta and antipasto platters. And there's more … Veloce outside catering is already in place waiting for you to take it to the next level.

Earning a reputation for best coffee and pastries in the Northern Beaches, Veloce Espresso Bar has become the go-to spot for the local community. A regular work space for business-people, meeting place for groups, and popular with those on school drop-off routines. Neighbours are the local private primary school (TAS), beauty & hair salon, Friendly Grocer, bottle shop, medical centre/pharmacy and The Beaches' longest established pool shop. And plenty of parking.

The food offerings are designed so no grill, cooktop or short order cooks are required. All can be prepared by juniors, or the business can be easily run by an owner/couple or two people.
